Blockage of Team Advertisers. Subject to the provisions of Article 18, Article 19, and except as specifically otherwise stated in this Agreement, the Authority shall not bind itself or otherwise enter into any contract, agreement or other arrangement, including a grant of exclusivity, that prevents (or otherwise restricts) the Team from granting to third Persons Advertising Rights afforded to the Team under this Agreement.
