Common use of BlueCard® Program Clause in Contracts

BlueCard® Program. The BlueCard® Program is an Inter-Plan Arrangement. Under this Arrangement, when you access Out-of-Area Covered Healthcare Services outside the BCN Service Area, the Host Blue will be responsible for contracting and handling all interactions with its participating providers.
