BMP Implementation. Every person undertaking any activity or use of a premises that may cause or contribute to storm water pollution or contamination, illicit discharges, or non-storm water discharges to the MS4 shall comply with BMP guidelines or pollution control requirements, as may be established by the enforcement official. BMPs shall be maintained routinely throughout the life of the activity. Such BMPs include the BMPs set forth in the jurisdictional runoff management program.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”).
