Board Allowance. 8.01 It is understood and agreed that room and board allowance will be paid in accordance with Article 18.00 of this Agreement. 8.02 Where an employee is required to work more than one hundred (100) kilometres beyond the prescribed boundaries then the employer shall reimburse the employee in accordance with one of the following based on seven (7) days a week:
