Common use of Board Allowance Clause in Contracts

Board Allowance. Employees who are sent out of the county in which they reside to do work shall, if required by the Em- ployer to remain out of the said County, receive eighty-three dollars and forty-three cents ($83.43) effective May 1, 2016, eighty-five dollars and ten cents ($85.10) effective May 1, 2017, and eighty- six dollars and eighty cents ($86.80) effective May 1, 2018, per day as expenditures for board and lodging for each day they remain outside said County.
