BOARD AND LODGING AND IN-TOWN MEAL EXPENSE. 32.1 Board and Lodging Expense for Employees - When an employee is assigned to work away from the report center which results in an overnight stay, as determined by the immediate supervisor, the employee is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable lodging expenses.
