Accommodation, Board and Lodging. Accommodation, board and lodging allowances for employees required to work away from their headquarters shall be paid in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding 3—Board and Lodging and Relocation Expenses.

Accommodation, Board and Lodging. (a) Accommodation, board and lodging allowances for employees required to work away from their headquarters shall be paid in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding 1, Part 1.
(b) Regular full-time employees who are required to proceed on travel status shall be provided with adequate accommodations and meals. If the Employer is not able to provide this in advance, the employee is entitled to receive an adequate travel advance. The amount of advance will be determined by such factors as time away from headquarters and the frequency of reimbursement.
Accommodation, Board and Lodging. (a) Double accommodation, for employees who are assigned travel status from their seniority block shall be paid by the Employer.
(b) Reasonable board and lodging allowances will be paid to any employees working at locations beyond a reasonable commuting distance. These allowances shall be consistent with the Employer's past practice.
