Common use of Board Meeting Agenda Clause in Contracts

Board Meeting Agenda. The Board shall place on the agenda of each regular Board meeting, as one of the first items for consideration, under new business, any matters brought to its consideration by the Local Association as long as these matters are made known to the Superintendent and a copy of the item(s) are placed in his possession at least (4) four normal working days prior to said regular meeting.
