BOARD MEETING INFORMATION. The Board agrees to make available to the Association the complete “information packet” prepared for each Board meeting. The Board “packet” will be posted on the website at least four (4) calendar days prior to the meeting and available to BVEA. This shall be posted on the website at the same time as it is viewable for Board members. If there are last minute additions or addendums to the packet, the Association shall be informed of such additions and they shall also be available. The District agrees to provide BVEA copies of all district responses to Requests for Information as a standing Colorado Open Records Request at the same time they are provided to the Board members.
