Common use of Board of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Board of Arbitration. When both parties agree, a grievance may be submitted to a Board of Arbitration. Notification shall be provided in writing to the other party to the Agreement indicating the name of an appointee to an Arbitration Board. The recipient of the notice shall within five (5) days inform the other party of the name of its appointee to the Arbitration Board.
