Common use of Board of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Board of Arbitration. Upon written request of either Party, the grievance shall be submitted to a Board of Arbitration. The written request shall contain the name of the first party’s appointee to an Arbitration Board. The recipient of the notice shall within five (5) days inform the other party of the name of its appointee to the Arbitration Board. The two (2) so selected shall, within fifteen (15) days of the appointment of the second of them, appoint a third person who shall be the Chair.
