Common use of BOARD OF PHYSICIANS Clause in Contracts

BOARD OF PHYSICIANS. The Township also reserves the right to appoint a physician or Board of Physicians for the purpose of an independent determination in cases of repeated disability absences or protracted periods of disability illness, or other justifiable reasons as to whether an Employee is physically able to return to work or is physically able to carry out his duties and remain on the workforce.

BOARD OF PHYSICIANS.
