Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. The City may require the Consultant to provide proof of ability to pay losses and related investigation, claims administration and defense expenses within the deductible or self-insured retention. First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.
All Risk Property Insurance (i) During construction, an All Risk Property insurance policy including earthquake and flood (with sublimits as appropriate) shall be maintained during the course of Work being performed and include Start-up and testing for installed equipment and delayed opening coverage. Such policy shall include coverage for materials and equipment while under the care, custody and control of the Seller during the course of Work, at the Site, offsite or while in transit to the Site.
Commercial General and Umbrella Liability Insurance Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability (CGL) and, if necessary, commercial umbrella insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence. The CGL shall be written on standard ISO occurrence form (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage) and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, products-completed operations, personal injury, advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract.
