Bonus on early completion. In the event that the Concessionaire shall achieve COD on or more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Authority shall pay to the Concessionaire a bonus equal to 0.5% (Zero point five per cent) of 60 % (Sixty per cent) of the Bid Project Cost for the first 30 (thirty) days by which COD shall precede the Scheduled Completion Date and thereafter the said bonus shall be calculated on the pro-rata basis for each day preceding the said 30 (thirty) days period. The Bonus shall be due and payable to the Concessionaire alongwith the 1st(first) Annuity Payment.
Bonus on early completion. In the event that the Concessionaire shall achieve COD more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Authority shall pay to the Concessionaire a bonus equal to 1/30% (one by thirty per cent) of the Completion Cost for every day by which COD shall precede the Scheduled Completion Date.
Bonus on early completion. In the event that the Project Completion Date occurs prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to receive a payment of bonus equivalent to 0.03% (zero point zero three per cent) of the Annuity Payment as specified in Clause 19.1.1 for each day by which the Project Completion Date precedes the Scheduled Completion Date, but subject to a maximum of 3% (three per cent) of the Annuity Payment. Provided, however, that the payment of bonus, if any, shall be made only after the issue of the Completion Certificate. The bonus will be paid along with Annuity Payments as specified in Clause 19.3.1.

If the Construction Completion Date for a Facility occurs prior to the Scheduled Construction Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to a bonus equal to 0.05% of the relevant Performance Security for each day by which the Construction Completion Date precedes the Scheduled Construction Completion Date.

If the Construction Completion Date for any STP Facility occurs prior to the respective Scheduled STP Construction Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to a bonus equal to 0.05% of the relevant STP Performance Security for each day by which the Construction Completion Date precedes the Scheduled STP Construction Completion Date.

If the Tolly‟s Nallah Construction Completion Date occurs before Scheduled Tolly‟s Nallah Construction Completion Date and/or Garden Reach Construction Completion Date occurs before Scheduled Garden Reach Construction Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to a bonus equal to 0.05% of the relevant Location‟s Performance Security for each day by which the Tolly‟s Nallah Construction Completion Date or Garden Reach Construction Completion Date precedes the Scheduled Tolly‟s Nallah Construction Completion Date and/or Scheduled Garden Reach Construction Completion Date, as the case may be. In the event that the Concessionaire shall achieve COD on or more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Authority shall pay to theConcessionaire a bonus equal to 0.5% (Zero point five per cent) of [60 % (Sixty per cent)] of the Bid Project Costfor the first30 (thirty) days by which COD shall precede the Scheduled Completion 12 Independent Engineer, during finalization of design, shall upfront decide weightages of all the items in due consultation with the Authority responsible for making payments and recommended percentage physical progress achievements based on the above decided weightages for the entire construction period. The weightages shall be fixed as per format in Annexure – I of Schedule G of this Agreement. Dateand thereafter the said bonus shall be calculated on the pro-rata basis for each day preceding the said 30 (thirty) days period. The Bonus shall be due and payableto the Concessionaire alongwith the 1st(first) Annuity Payment.

Provided, however, that the payment of bonus, if any, shall be made only after the issue of the Completion Certificate. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that for the purpose of determining the bonus payable hereunder, the Project Cost shall always be deemed to be the amount specified in Clause 19.1.1, and shall exclude any revision thereof for any reason.
