Booth Appearance. Booths must be neat in appearance and made of quality materials. Fair management has the right to reject any booth that is untidy, unsafe, or unsatisfactory appearance with no refund on fees paid.

Booth Appearance. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs and clearly display the name of their business(Banners can be hung in the cow barn) and post prices for all items being sold. All items will be displayed in a clean, orderly and professional looking booth. Tables should be covered if possible. Food must be at least 18”off the ground. Booths that are pleasing to the eye and well stocked do a better business usually.
Booth Appearance. All booth decorations must concur with facility regulations, city ordinances and local fire codes. Any violations may result in the removal of materials found to be in violation. Any special carpentry, wiring or electrical will be done at exhibitor’s expense. All City, County, Municipal, State or Federal licenses, inspections or permits as required by law of any exhibitor in the installation and operation of his display shall be obtained by the exhibitor at their own expense prior to show. All decisions pertaining to use and occupancy of booth space are within the sole discretion of show producer. There will be no moving around on setup day.

  • Appearance The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled.   • Court Appearance Leave Leave shall be granted for appearance before a court, legislative committee, or other judicial or quasi-judicial body in response to a subpoena or other direction of proper authority for job related purposes other than those instituted by the employee or the exclusive representative. Leave shall also be granted for attendance in court in connection with an employee's official duty, which shall include any necessary travel time. Such employee shall be paid for the employee's regular rate of pay but shall remit to his/her Appointing Authority the amount received, exclusive of expenses, for serving as a witness, as required by the court. Unpaid leave shall be granted for other appearances before a court, judicial or quasi-judicial body in response to a subpoena.

  • Screening 3.13.1 Refuse containers located outside the building shall be fully screened from adjacent properties and from streets by means of opaque fencing or masonry walls with suitable landscaping.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
