BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. Exhibitor is expected to comply with booth construction regulations outlined in the Exhibitor Manual. It is Exhibitor’s responsibility to provide these regulations to its Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC).

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. Each booth must have flame-proof drapes. Exhibitors using multiple spaces are required to inform the Headlight Herald if they want dividers between booths removed prior to the show. Drapes 8 feet high in the back and 36 inches on the sides are provided to each exhibitor. If an exhibitor has a pre- constructed booth or display that is over 36 inches tall on the sides, it must be pre-approved by the show committee. All outside vendors are located on the north and east sides of the building. If you are unfamiliar with the grounds contact a your advertising representative from the Headlight Herald upon your arrival.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. Single booth size will be 10’ x 8’, unless otherwise indicated on the floor plan which is an official addendum to this contract. The following standard decoration for each booth will be furnished: Three feet (3’) high draped side divider, and eight feet (8’) high draped backdrop. For exhibitors using multiple booths, backdrop draperies and side rails will be furnished as requested. Exhibits shall be constructed and arranged so that they do not obstruct the general view nor hide other exhibits. Any portion of the exhibit, including the back or side of a custom built display that is exposed to the adjacent booth or to the public, must be finished with appropriate material or paint.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. The display space is carpeted. Booths must not obstruct the view or interfere with the displays of neighboring booths. All exposed areas of the booth must be finished surfaces, including back and sides. Any part of the booth needing a finished surface two hours before the show opening will be draped at the expense of the Exhibitor. The Association will decide whether such drape is needed. The Association retains sole discretion and authority in the placement, arrangement, and appearance of all displays.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION a) Maximum back wall height permitted for any booth exhibit will be 8 feet. Maximum sidewall height permitted for any booth shall not exceed 3 feet, unless special permission is granted by Management. b) No constructed walls in island spaces may exceed four feet in height, unless plans have been approved by Show Management. c) No nails, screws or staples may be driven into the floor or walls. No damage of any nature may be done to the booth structure nor to any part of the exhibit hall. Exhibitors will be held responsible for damages. d) Any equipment, signs or display units provided by the Show are not the property of the Exhibitor.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. All exhibits must be free-standing and self-supporting. All exhibits must also fit within the assigned dimensions and not infringe upon the space of neighboring exhibits or the common aisle ways.

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. Specific inside booths will contain 3 ft. high side curtain, 8 ft. curtained backdrop, identification sign and 500 xxxxx of electricity. Outside space, foyers and concessions are not included in this classification. Exhibits shall not extend beyond allotted space or distract from the adjacent space unless authorized in writing by Management.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION. Nothing shall be attached to any walls, columns or floors in the building interior or exterior unless explicit permission is granted by ORGANIZERS. VENDOR shall arrange their display so that they utilize only the table area contracted for, and in such manner as to recognize the rights of the other exhibits and show visitors and to conform to the overall patterns developed by ORGANIZERS. Any charges for damages caused by VENDOR to the hosting property will be charged back to VENDOR. ORGANIZERS, the area will be required to be made clean and organized to the satisfaction of ORGANIZERS. VENDOR must bring, possess and utilize hand sanitizer if any animals at their exhibit are to be handled by the public or another party. Hand sanitizer must be used whenever an animal is handled by the public or another party. If VENDOR fails to bring or possess hand sanitizer, ORGANIZERS will supply it at a fixed cost to be announced at the time of SHOW.

  • ICIF Construction The ICIF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, Interconnection Customer shall deliver to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the ICIF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Generating Facility and the ICIF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the ICIF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the ICIF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • DAF Construction The DAF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Developer shall deliver to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO “as- built” drawings, information and documents for the DAF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the DAF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the DAF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Developer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the DAF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Large Generating Facility. The Developer shall provide to, and coordinate with, Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO with respect to proposed specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • New Construction If this contract is for a Property that is newly constructed and the new construction option is selected, coverage begins on day one (1) of month thirteen

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure: 1. Coordination and providing supervision to all Subcontractor and workers; 2. Posting of the prevailing wage scale; 3. Maintaining a copy of the Contractors safety program manual made available to all construction personnel; 4. Conducting weekly on-site safety meetings; 5. Completing the daily labor and construction progress log on a daily basis and submit copies to the County on a daily basis. Copies of the previous day’s reports must be submitted by 9:00AM of the following day. a. Daily labor log is to include a listing of Subcontractor(s) and a count of workers by trade providing services for the day. b. Construction progress log is to include a narrative of the Work provided by trade(s). Narrative agrees to include the various areas of the jobsite where Work was performed and any problems or conditions that were encountered. c. In the event the Contractor fails to provide a daily log and/or construction progress log, the County may impose damages against the Contractor in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each log and deduct from the Contractor’s payment request, for each day the Contractor does not provide the documentation. 6. County may suspend Contractor operations if no Contractor Superintendent is observed. All delays caused by the suspension will be the responsibility of the Contractor. No time extension or claims for cost(s) associated with the suspension will be granted by the County.

  • Legal Construction If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions and this Agreement shall be construed as if it did not contain the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
