BPA Expiration. This BPA shall consist of one (1) base period and nine (9) ordering periods as shown below. If the BPA Holder’s GSA FSS contract does not provide a continuous 120-month month period of performance, the BPA Holder shall describe how they intend to renew their GSA FSS contract to provide the Government with a continuous 120-month period of performance at the same terms, discounts and other provisions of the original BPA. The BPA Holder is required to immediately notify, in writing, the BPA Contracting Officer if at any time the GSA Contract, upon which the BPA is based, is no longer in force. Please note: If the Quoter does not have a GSA FSS contract with a continuous period of performance of 120-month the Quoter will not be eligible for an award. This BPA is not a contract. If the BPA Xxxxxx fails to perform in a manner satisfactory to the BPA Contracting Officer, this BPA may be canceled at any time with written notice to the BPA Holder by the BPA Contracting Officer. BPA cancellation does not simultaneously cancel existing orders written against the BPA.

  • Termination or Expiration (a) No termination of this Lease prior to the normal ending thereof, by lapse of time or otherwise, shall affect Landlord's right to collect rent for the period prior to termination thereof. Tenant shall also continue to pay all other Additional Rent due hereunder, and there shall be no renewal of this Lease by operation of law. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall be liable for all costs incurred by Landlord in enforcing the provisions of this Section 30. No receipt of money by Landlord from Tenant after the termination of this Lease or Tenant's right of possession of the Demised Premises shall reinstate, continue or extend the Term or Tenant's right of possession.

  • Lease Expiration Date The last day of the month in which the sixty-sixth (66th) month anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs. 7.4

  • Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.
