Te Pūkenga and TIASA will correspond on an annual basis to establish the quantum of, and arrangement for, leave available to elected TIASA representatives for union business. Additional leave can be requested for extraordinary matters which arise in the course of the year, and such additional leave will not be unreasonably withheld. b.
