Breach of Legislation. No Group Company is in material default in respect of any of its duties or obligations imposed upon it by any other legislative provision dealing with or touching upon the health, safety and welfare at work of employees or others affected by the business or activities of any Group Company including under the Dangerous Substances Acts 1972 to 1979.
