Break Closure. Xxxxxxx College residential facilities will close for the following holidays and breaks: Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break. **For all breaks except the Winter Campus Closure Week, all apartments are open! Students may request to stay over breaks by petitioning the Director of Residence Life and Judicial Affairs for permission on a case by case basis. By signing this contract, I agree that I am bound by certain responsibilities and am granted certain rights, and that I have read the above contract. Any student wanting to live in residential housing must sign this contract upon presentation, which will occur during the check-in process. Any Student under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign in their place. I ACCEPT the conditions of this contract and agree to adhere to the policies that are presented. Printed Name of Student

Break Closure. For all breaks, Trinity and St. Xxxxxx Halls close. These breaks include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break. Except for the period of when the Office of Residence Life is closed, the residential apartments remain open as long as residents obtain permission and register to stay. In the event of extenuating circumstances, residents in Trinity and St. Xxxxxx Halls may obtain permission to remain on campus during a closure from the Office of Residence Life. Such a request should be done in writing at least two weeks prior to the closure and will be considered based on the circumstances and the student’s conduct record.

  • School Closure The School shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the public, which may include notice to the Department of Education, of any circumstance requiring the closure of the School, including, but not limited to, a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, storm, tsunami, flood, or other weather-related event, other extraordinary emergency, or destruction of or damage to the School facility;

  • Emergency Closures A.   • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements.
