Breakdown of Contract Price. The Supplier will submit to Hydro’s Representative, at least 14 days before the first application for payment, a schedule of values of the various parts of the Services based on the attached Appendix E – Schedule of Quantities and Prices, aggregating the total amount of the Contract Price and reasonably dividing it so as to facilitate evaluation of applications for payment during the performance of the Services. The schedule of values will be prepared in such form and supported by such evidence as to its correctness as Hydro’s Representative may reasonably direct, and, when approved by Hydro’s Representative, will be used as the basis for all applications from the Supplier for payment.
Breakdown of Contract Price. List here the elements of cost used to arrive at the breakdown of the lump-sum price: Rates for Equipment Usage or Rental or for Personnel (Key Personnel and other Personnel). This annex will exclusively be used for determining remuneration for additional Services.
Breakdown of Contract Price. The Contractor will submit to Hydro’s Representative, at least 14 days before the first application for payment, a schedule of values of the various parts of the performance of the Work in the form of Appendix 11-3 [Form of Payment Application – Schedule of Values] using the information in Appendix 11-1 [Schedule of Prices and Estimated Quantities], aggregating the total amount of the Contract Price. The schedule of values will be reasonable, not front loaded, and be supported by such evidence as to its correctness as Hydro’s Representative may reasonably request, and, when endorsed “Accepted” by Hydro’s Representative, will be used for all applications from the Contractor for payment.
