Common use of BREAKS DURING OVERTIME Clause in Contracts

BREAKS DURING OVERTIME. 25.4.1 An Employee required by the Company to work two (2) or more hours overtime continuous with ordinary hours of work will be given a paid crib break of 30 minutes. For every subsequent four (4) hours of overtime worked a further paid crib break of 30 mins will be provided. 25.4.2 Crib breaks will be paid at the Employee’s Base Rate of Pay for their ordinary time worked.
