Bridge Inventory and Load Rating Forms. The Consultant will complete and provide the Sponsor and NYSDOT with: • Inventory Update forms, per the current NYSDOT Bridge Inventory Manual for Bridge Inventory and Inspection System, reflecting all proposed physical changes resulting from construction. • Level 2 Load Rating Data Input forms, per NYSDOT User Manual for Structural Rating Program for Bridges and current NYSDOT guidance on the "Procedure for Inventorying, Inspecting, and Level 2 Load Rating, New, Replacement and Reconstructed or Rehabilitated / Modified Bridges". .

Bridge Inventory and Load Rating Forms. The Consultant will complete and provide the Sponsor and NYSDOT with:  Inventory Update forms, per the current NYSDOT Bridge Inventory Manual for Bridge Inventory and Inspection System, reflecting all proposed physical changes resulting from construction.  Concurrent with the PS&E submission date, the Consultant shall complete and provide the NYSDOT with:  The Consultant shall prepare a Level 1 load rating package as described in NYSDOT Engineering Instruction 20-026 and include the load rating results in the plans in accordance with the EI. Load ratings for new and replacement structures shall also include LRFR ratings as defined in the current Manual for Bridge Evaluation and as noted in the current Bridge Manual.  Immediately upon its completion, the Consultant shall transmit two hard copies and one electronic Adobe Acrobat file (*.pdf) copy of the Level 1 load rating package to the NYSDOT for filing.

  • CURRENT INVENTORY OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY In addition to the requirements of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, if there is a material change in the Qualified Property described in EXHIBIT 4, then within 60 days from the date commercial operation begins, the Applicant shall provide to the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District or the State Auditor’s Office a specific and detailed description of the tangible personal property, buildings, and/or permanent, nonremovable building components (including any affixed to or incorporated into real property) on the Land to which the value limitation applies including maps or surveys of sufficient detail and description to locate all such described property on the Land.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Minimum Condition and Warranty Requirements for TIPS Sales All goods quoted or sold through a TIPS Sale shall be new unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. All new goods and services shall include the applicable manufacturers minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in the Supplemental Agreement.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.

  • SIGNIFICANT LANDS INVENTORY FINDING Find that this activity is consistent with the use classification designated by the Commission for the land pursuant to Public Resources Code section 6370 et seq.

  • Second and Lower Tier Subcontractor If a Subcontractor at any tier does all or part of the changed Work with its employees, the Subcontractor's markup on the Subcontractor’s work with its employees shall be twenty-five percent of the first $50,000 of the cost, and twenty percent of the remaining cost, if any. The management markup of a Subcontractor's work by the Contractor and all intervening tiers of Subcontractors shall not exceed seven and one half percent for the Contractor and any Subcontractor, or a total of fifteen percent for the changes to the Work.
