Preparation of Final Design Approval Document. The Sponsor will obtain all necessary approvals and concurrences. The Consultant will prepare the Design Recommendation, and will modify the DAD to include the Design Recommendation, re-title the DAD in accordance with the PDM Manual, and update existing conditions and costs as necessary. The Consultant will incorporate changes resulting from the advisory agency review and all public information meetings. The Consultant will submit 1 electronic copy of the Final DAD to the Sponsor for review. The Sponsor will review the Final DAD and provide the Consultant with review comments. The Consultant will revise the Final DAD to incorporate the comments. The Sponsor will submit 1 electronic copy of the Final DAD to the NYSDOT for a Final Environmental Determination. The NYSDOT will make the determination or obtain FHWA’s determination. If necessary, the NYSDOT will transmit the Final DAD to FHWA for final review and concurrence. The Consultant will again revise the Final DAD to incorporate changes (assumed minor) resulting from the NYSDOT and/or FHWA review. The Final DAD will include the signed FEAW. The Sponsor and the NYSDOT will provide their reviews concurrently. The Sponsor will grant or obtain, from or through the NYSDOT, Design Approval.

Preparation of Final Design Approval Document. CHA prepared and submitted 2 copies of the Final Design Approval Document (Final Design Report) and incorporated comments from 4 revisions to the document from project start through Design Approval received in November 2015, which is 1 more copies and 3 additional revisions than included in the previous agreements. CHA assumes no other documentation associated with the Design Approval Document will be required through contract documents.

The Consultant will incorporate changes resulting from the advisory agency review and all public information meetings and public hearings. The Consultant will submit three (3) copies of the Final DAD to the Municipality for review. The Municipality will review the Final DAD and provide the Consultant with review comments. The Consultant will revise the Final DAD to incorporate the comments. The Municipality will submit five (5) copies of the Final DAD to the NYSDOT for a Final Environmental Determination. The NYSDOT will make the determination or obtain FHWA’s determination. If necessary, the NYSDOT will transmit the Final DAD to FHWA for final review and concurrence. The Consultant will again revise the Final DAD to incorporate changes (assumed minor) resulting from the NYSDOT and/or FHWA review. The Municipality will grant or obtain, from or through the NYSDOT, Design Approval.

  • Commencement of Final Design This contract does not obligate the State to proceed with final design for any alternative. On completion of environmental documentation, the State will consider all reasonable alternatives in a fair and objective manner.   • Final Design Phase A.   • Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.

  • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,

  • Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Final Design A.4.1. Provide OWNER with proposed final construction drawings and detailed opinions of probable total Project construction costs in writing for OWNER' s review, prior to completion of the final Contract Documents, so that any changes that may be necessary in accordance with Project' s budgetary schedule can be made prior to bid.

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.   • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.
