During movement, the group leader must be briefed concerning irregular events that occur and all reasons for delays or other interruptions to movement. c. Each carrier must provide a security briefing to the entire group prior to departure. (Name of Carrier) The undersigned, an officer of the above named company (referred to as the Carrier), agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as the basis for the transportation of passengers in scheduled and charter bus, van or limo service for the Department of Defense. The Agreement is made with the understanding that the Department of Defense is under no obligation to assign any traffic to the Carrier. It will be effective on the date signed by the Defense Travel Management Office and will remain in effect until terminated in writing by either party. This Agreement supersedes all prior Military Bus Agreements between the Department of Defense and the Carrier.   • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable.   • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
