The Team Leader, under the guidance and supervision of a Group Leader, is responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the team.
A Group Leader does not have the right to discipline Employees but is responsible to the Supervisor for the efficient performance of the work of the Employees assigned to the Group Leader.
