Broadcast, Film, and Video. The Font Software may be used on films, TV shows, commercials, and digital videos with no limits to impressions or audience. Personal License A personal li- cense permits the usage of the provided Font Software for noncom- mercial work. If you choose and pay for this license category during checkout, you may use the Font Software as stated in this section. Upon our receipt of the applicable payment, Daytona Mess grants you a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and nonassi- gnable license to use the Font Software as stated in this section. You may use the Font Software on social media, websites, documents, student work, and other personal uses, as long as there is no xxxxx- cial motivation or reward for the project. Businesses and organiza- tions are not permitted to purchase a personal license, and must purchase a commercial license, even if the usage does not have a direct financial value.

  • Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.

  • Metadata Where the Contractor has or generates metadata as a result of services provided to the Province, where that metadata is personal information, the Contractor will: not use it or disclose it to any other party except where the Agreement otherwise specifies; and remove or destroy individual identifiers, if practicable.

  • MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.
