Broadcast, Film, and Video. The Font Software may be used on films, TV shows, commercials, and digital videos with no limits to impressions or audience. Personal License A personal li- cense permits the usage of the provided Font Software for noncom- mercial work. If you choose and pay for this license category during checkout, you may use the Font Software as stated in this section. Upon our receipt of the applicable payment, Daytona Mess grants you a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and nonassi- gnable license to use the Font Software as stated in this section. You may use the Font Software on social media, websites, documents, student work, and other personal uses, as long as there is no xxxxx- cial motivation or reward for the project. Businesses and organiza- tions are not permitted to purchase a personal license, and must purchase a commercial license, even if the usage does not have a direct financial value.

  • Television The fringe rate for Pension, Health, Holiday Pay, and Vacation Pay (except as provided in Article 8.03, below,) shall be a total of the following percentage points during the following periods:

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.   • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.
