BSN Premium. Registered Nurses who have completed the requisite course of studies leading to the conferring of a BSN degree from an NLN accredited college/university School of Nursing, will be paid a premium in accordance with Appendix A. The BSN Registered Nurse must present official documentation (such as diploma or transcript) to the Chief Clinical Officer with NLN accreditation noted on that transcript, to be eligible for this premium.
