Educational Premium. Employees who have or who achieve diplomas from the Disability and Community Support Program or have related education specific to disability supports (2 years plus), will receive a premium of fifty (50¢) cents per hour. B-1.04 Long-term Residential Care Workers shall receive a premium as follows: Five (5) years of service Thirty cents ($.30) per hour Ten (10) years of service Thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour– inclusive of the previous thirty cents ($.30) Fifteen (15) years of service Forty-five cents ($.45) per hour – inclusive of the previous thirty-five cents ($.35) Twenty (20) years of service Fifty-five cents ($.55) per hour - inclusive of the previous forty-five cents ($.45) Long service premiums will be reviewed and may be adjusted if any changes are made by the Department of Families to the Wage Enhancement Fund.

Educational Premium. Certified Registered Nurses who are assigned to work in their areas of CRN specialty (such as CEN, CCRN, CNOR, etc.) will be paid a premium in accordance with Appendix A. This does not include basic certifications, such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, etc. The Certified Registered Nurse must provide proof of current certification to the Employer.
Educational Premium. The Hospital will pay to a Patient Care Co-ordinator the sum of $80.00 per month, provided the employee has presented satisfactory proof of possession of a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Educational Premium. 14.1 The following schedule shall be followed and shall be paid in each successive contract year: Each bargaining unit employee shall be entitled to additional compensation of two percent (2%) of the base pay for one (1) completed year and four percent (4%) of base pay for two (2) completed years of accredited college courses in law enforcement, police administration, police science, criminal justice or a related field of study approved by the Chief of Police and the City Manager. Forty-five (45) quarter hours of "C" average or above shall constitute a completed year, and such job related education may have been completed by such employee before employment by the City. Applications for such additional compensation shall be made to the City Manager, who shall determine whether or not the applicant qualified for such additional compensation and a manner in which it shall be paid.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Lead Hand Premium The Lead Hand premium shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for employees so appointed and the Company retains sole discretion to appoint, maintain or delete the use of lead hands.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.
