Building Committee. A. There shall be a committee in each of the three high schools, composed of the principal (the chairperson) and three (3) teachers chosen by the Union Executive Board, one of whom shall be a member of said board. The chairperson of the committee in each building shall notify the entire staff of the membership of the committee. The chairperson and teachers making up this committee, upon the establishment of an agenda for a meeting, may be allowed to call in as resource people any persons connected with the Xxxxxx establishment. These resource persons, however, shall not be considered members of this committee.
