Buildings and Structures. a) Any buildings, structures, alterations or additions to the dwelling must be approved by the Park Manager and the Council’s Building section. Application must be lodged in accordance with park procedures. b) The occupier shall maintain all buildings and structures on his allocated site, in good repair, safe condition and to a standard of appearance acceptable to the Park Management.
