Bulk Enrolment. 5.1.1. The bulk Enrolment process shall be in accordance with an Enrolment plan agreed to between SASSA and the Contractor, which Enrolment plan will be concluded by no later than 29 February 2012.

Bulk Enrolment. This will take place according to an implementation timetable as agreed upon by the Department and the Contractor. Bulk enrolment is to take place with the least disruption to the payment process and the least inconvenience to the customers. Advertising of the venues and dates for enrolment is to be a joint responsibility of the Department and the Contractor. This process is to be complete within a period of 5 months from award of tender.

  • Quality Assurance Licensee agrees that all use of the Licensed Subject Matter shall be only upon the Products manufactured by or for Licensee in accordance with quality standards approved by Licensor prior to the commencement of manufacturing of the Products. Licensee shall submit for Licensor's sole and absolute approval the type of cereal, the name of cereal, the packaging design, advertising material, and all other materials to be used in connection with the Products subject to the sole and absolute approval of Licensor which shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld.

  • Packaging and Labeling 11.1 Company shall provide packaging and labeling specifications that call out clear labeling requirements.

  • Medical Examination The Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the reasonable cost of one annual medical examination upon presentation of an expense statement.

  • Medical Services Medical and health care services provided to a Patient, including, but not limited to, medical and health care services provided to a Patient and performed by Borrower which are covered by a policy of insurance issued by an Insurer, and includes physician services, nurse and therapist services, dental services, hospital services, skilled nursing facility services, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services, home health care services, residential and out-patient behavioral healthcare services, and medicine or health care equipment provided by Borrower to a Patient for a necessary or specifically requested valid and proper medical or health purpose.
