Bulletin Boards, Email and Mail Distribution. The Union will have access to College bulletin boards and campus email for communicating union information. The Union will be responsible for removal of all such notices from such bulletin boards. General distribution of Union materials at the Colleges will be allowed in nonworking areas during both working and nonworking hours, provided that the same shall not be disruptive.
