Bundled Green Energy. The quantity of Bundled Green Energy that Seller expects to be able to deliver to Buyer from the Generation Facility during each Contract Year is [_____] MWh (“Contract Quantity”). Throughout the Delivery Period, Seller shall be required to deliver Bundled Green Energy to Buyer from the Project (in the aggregate) no less than the Guaranteed Energy Production (as defined below) in any twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar month period during the Delivery Period (“Performance Measurement Period”). “Guaranteed Energy Production” means, for a Performance Measurement Period, an amount of Bundled Green Energy for the Project, as measured in MWh, equal to [________].1 Seller shall be excused from achieving the Guaranteed Energy Production during any Performance Measurement Period only to the extent of any Force Majeure events, Xxxxx’s failure to perform, or Dispatch Down Periods. For purposes of determining whether Seller has achieved the Guaranteed Energy Production, Seller shall be deemed to have produced from the Generation Facility an amount of Generation Facility Bundled Green Energy that it could reasonably have delivered to Buyer but was prevented from delivering to Buyer by reason of any Force Majeure events, Buyer’s failure to perform, or Dispatch Down Periods.

  • Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop (UCSL) is a copper facility of any length provided from the cross-box in the field up to and including the end-user’s point of demarcation. If available, this facility will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils between the end-user and the cross-box.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:
