Buried Utility Line Improvements. The parties recognize the desirability of removal and burial of the over-head Lincoln Electric System (LES) electric lines and related other utility and data over-headlines and utility improvements in the east-west Alley in Block 52 and Block 53 (collectively “Buried Utility Line Improvements”). The City shall have the option to cause the design, construction and implementation of the Buried Utility Line Improvements. The City agrees to provide the Developer with notice of whether it will exercise its option regarding the Buried Utility Lines on or before July 6, 2018. Buried Utility Line Improvements. A. In the event the City opts to proceed with installation of the Buried Utility Line Improvements as described in Recital D., then Redeveloper shall, without regard to the entity actually performing said Buried Utility Line Improvements, and at its expense:

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction.   • ALTERATIONS & IMPROVEMENTS Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements or do any type of construction to the Property without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. Unless prior written agreement is reached between Tenant and Landlord, any such alterations, additions, improvements or construction shall become part of the Property and shall remain at the expiration of Tenant's Lease term.
