Bus Mechanics and Maintenance Personnel. a. Bus mechanics and maintenance personnel shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate for all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per work week. For purposes of calculating overtime, paid sick days and paid holidays shall count as regular work days.
