Common use of Business Accounts and Services Clause in Contracts

Business Accounts and Services. The Bank may amend the terms of this Agreement and alter, change, or modify the Services provided under the terms of this Agreement (including the fees and charges for Services listed) or any supplemental agreement at any time in its sole discretion by giving written notice to you. If required by agreement or by applicable law, notice will be given for the required applicable number of days in advance of such amendments by mailing a copy of the amendment to you at your most recent address shown on our records or, if you have previously agreed, by providing notice delivered to the last email address you have provided us. Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your agreement to such amendment. No amendments requested by you shall be effective unless received in writing by the Bank and agreed to by the Bank in writing.
