Consumer Accounts and Services. The importance of maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the information provided by you is one of our highest priorities. We may disclose information about your Accounts or the Transfers you make: (i) where it is necessary for completing the transfers or processing or maintaining your Accounts; (ii) in order to verify the existence or condition of your Accounts for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; (iii) in order to comply with legal process, government agency or court orders; (iv) to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements; or (v) otherwise as permitted by law.
