Business and Functional Requirements Validation. 2.2.1 Business Functions discussed in the Scope Workshops will be validated against the functional requirements in Exhibit B-1 to ensure that the correct Datastream modules are selected and integration requirements meet project objectives. Business requirements are defined as high-level objectives for each functional area within the Infor/Datastream 7i CMMS, including items such as strategic business goals, business rules, performance measures, key performance indicators (KPIs) and general functions that need to be addressed by the CMMS system. Functional requirements are defined as more detailed functions and system features that the selected Datastream modules will be expected to support.
