Business Automobile Coverage. A. Minimum Limits - $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage each accident
Business Automobile Coverage. Purchaser and Purchaser’s contractors are required to maintain automobile liability insurance with limits of not less than TWO MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00) each accident. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any auto (including owned, hired, and non-owned autos). Coverage shall be written on standard ISO forms from 1990 editions forward, or a substitute form providing equivalent liability coverage. If such coverage is not provided in the base policy, the policy shall be endorsed to provide contractual liability coverage equivalent to that provided in the 1990 and later editions of standard form CA 00 01.
Business Automobile Coverage. Business auto coverage written on ISO form CA 00 01 (or a substitute form providing equivalent liability coverage) with a combined single limit of not less $1,000,000 for each accident.

The State’s Contractor shall furnish an original policy to the State for and on behalf of the Railroad which, with respect to the operations of the Contractor or any subcontractors perform, provide the Standard Business Automobile Coverage Insurance Policy with a limit of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence to claim, including but not limited to coverage for the bodily injury, property damage, and any and all motor vehicles including owned, hired and non-owned.
Business Automobile Coverage i. CONSULTANT shall carry and maintain business automobile insurance coverage on each vehicle used in the performance of the work in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 Dollars for one person and $1,000,000.00 Dollars for more than one person and for property damage resulting from any one occurrence which may arise from the operations of CONSULTANT in performing the work.
