Business Process Reengineering. Symetra shall retain exclusive authority, discretion and rights of approval with respect to any business process reengineering opportunities identified by ACS. The Parties shall ensure that performance metrics related to any business process reengineering are accurately and appropriately developed. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 5.2.4 or anywhere else in this Agreement to the contrary, Symetra shall retain sole control over its business operations.

Business Process Reengineering. The Contractor shall provide resources to support in the development, analysis, and implementation of improvements in the flow of business, work, and program processes and tool utilization.

An organization has to change its processes to conform to the ERP package, customize the software to suit its needs, or not be concerned about meeting the balance 30 %. In fact, this need to reengineer the organization’s business processes has been cited as one of ERP’s major benefits [18]. Dimensions concerning business process reengineering are [13]:

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8.
