Business Travel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that the Executive is required to travel during the Employment Period in connection with the Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder, the Company shall, in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time, reimburse the Executive as follows: (i) for first class commercial air travel for the Executive (and the Executive’s spouse, if the Executive’s spouse’s presence is required for Company events, consistent with the Company’s general policies); and (ii) for first-class hotel accommodations.
