CAGED ANIMALS. A one-time $100 pet fee will be charged to any tenant that has a Caged Animal on the premises (rabbits, hamsters, snakes, lizards, birds, fish or similar). The Tenant agrees to the terms in the Landlord’s Caged Animal Policy.
CAGED ANIMALS. Only the following caged animals will be allowed in any apartment or townhome at the Meadowbrook campus: Hamsters, gerbils, non-venomous reptiles less than 2-feet long, ▇▇▇▇▇-size birds, turtles or tortoises under 2 lbs., frogs, toads, salamanders, newts, hermit crabs, and fish. Residents with caged animals must adhere to the following rules:
a. No resident may have more than two (2) caged animals, with the exception of fish.
b. There is no limit to how many fish a resident may have; however, the fish tank cannot exceed 20 gallons.
c. Caged pets that are allowed by the Meadowbrook/Mastercraft Pet Policy must be in a cage, aquarium or terrarium at all times, unless being handled by the owner and in the owner’s control.
d. Tenant(s) with caged pets are not required to pay an additional deposit or fees.
