Animal Policy. Permission to have an animal in a MWU apartment building must be requested through the Midwestern University Residence Life Housing Office - Glendale Campus, which has total discretion in the handling of such requests. Only apartments in buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F are designated as animal friendly apartments. Apartments in buildings G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, and Q are not designated as animal friendly apartments and, as such, any requests to have an animal in these apartments will not be granted. Residents requesting to have an animal in an approved MWU apartment must submit a written request to the Residence Life Housing Office and must sign the animal agreement prior to moving on campus/obtaining an animal. Failure to obtain prior written consent to have an animal in a MWU apartment and submit a signed animal agreement will result in a charge of $500 per animal in addition to the normal animal charges described below and any other applicable rent and costs. If having an animal is approved, the resident must provide proof of the animal’s current vaccinations to be kept on file in the Residence Life Office.
Animal Policy. Borough Ordinance.938 will be enforced: “No person shall bring any animal upon any property used for education, public or recreational purposes, nor shall any person permit any animal to enter any property used for such purposes, provided this shall not preclude any use of a seeing eye dog.”

Animal Policy. The only animals permitted in the building are fish in a 20 gallon or smaller tank. Any unauthorized animal will result in a $250.00 charge to Tenant, and $20.00 per day penalty until the animal is removed from the building.

9.2. For the purposes of this policy “Animal” means any bird, reptile, or mammal.

Alberta Bible College will comply with provincial laws regarding guide dogs and service dogs to ensure that the ABC campus and college-related activities are safe, welcoming, and accessible for all participants. Animal Policy. Animals are permitted in the Dwelling Unit only with advance written permission of Landlord and then only in accordance with the Animal Policy. Tenant shall not feed stray or wild animals on or within a three-block radius the Rental Premises. Landlord hereby grants permission for Tenant to keep, in Tenant’s Dwelling Unit only approved animal(s) per the following conditions:
A. Tenant hereby represents that the animals(s) has been properly licensed and inoculated if required by local law and Tenant agrees to maintain such licensing and inoculation of the animal and to furnish Landlord with evidence thereof promptly upon request;
B. Tenant has hereby paid to Landlord a Non-refundable Animal Fee in the amount identified in the Specific Terms and Conditions of the Leasehold Interest
C. Tenant will be responsible to see that animal does not at any time disturb any other Tenant(s) of the Landlord or residents of the surrounding community, or damage any property located in the Dwelling Unit, or the Dwelling Unit itself;
D. Xxxxxx agrees to all provisions of the Animal Policy and agrees that a violation of that policy is a violation of this Lease Agreement;
E. Except for the animals described approved at move in or in a future written authorization, Tenant shall not keep any animals in the Dwelling Unit without Landlord’s prior written approval and payment of additional deposit.
F. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Landlord and Landlord’s agents, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and shareholders, predecessors and successors, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, fees and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable costs and expenses of investigation and settlement and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) (collectively, “Losses”), to the extent arising out of or relating to an animal of the Tenant; regardless of whether or not Landlord has approve of such animal. Such indemnification obligations shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease Agreement for any reason.

Each Party (and their respective Affiliates), to the extent applicable, will comply with Xxxxx’x animal use policy as set forth in Schedule 3.6 in carrying out any animal research under the Research Program. BCGT to the extent any such company works on the Research Program confirms that it complies with the DIRECTIVE 2010/63/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 22 September 2010 on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes and the German “Tierschutzgesetz” (German Animal Welfare Act). To the extent there is any inconsistency between the animal use policy and the obligations imposed on BCGT under the above referenced regulatory and accreditation framework, BCGT will follow the latter requirements and the Lilly animal use policy is not applicable.

Those with disabilities, or Emotional Support Animal needs, agree to provided LANDLORD with Animal Responsibility Addendum and required application forms; comply with government, state and local municipality laws and ordinances; remove animals (immediately) that don't comply with any policy/law/ordinance or cause undue hardship. Validated certification, from prescribing physician authorizing ESA and federal agency with powers to make assignments for disabilities, must be provided to LANDLORD upon request where a disability or condition is not obvious. RESIDENT with disabilities are only permitted one ESA or Animal in single person lease units. RESIDENT/COSIGNER violating this section are charged $100.00, per animal, per day/occurrence.
