Calculating the bill. (a) We will calculate at the end of each billing cycle:
(i) the bill for electricity sold during that billing cycle (using information obtained from reading your meter or otherwise in accordance with the Electricity Industry Code); and
(ii) the amount of fees and charges for any other services supplied under this contract during the billing cycle.
(b) The bill may also include amounts due to the distribution entity for customer connection services.
Calculating the bill. (a) We will calculate at the end of each billing cycle:
(i) the bill for electricity sold during that billing cycle (using information obtained from reading your meter or otherwise in accordance with the electricity legislation); and
(ii) the amount for any other services supplied under this contract during the

(c) The bill may also include:
(i) unbilled charges incurred in respect of a previous billing cycle;
(ii) adjustments in relation to charges which were billed or should have been billed in respect of a previous billing cycle; or
(iii) any other charges attributable to you at your premises, or any other address at which you purchased electricity from us.
Calculating the bill. Unless otherwise agreed, the bill we send to you (“your bills”) will be calculated on:
(a) the amount of energy used at your premises during the billing cycle including,
(b) where applicable, maximum or contracted capacity (using information obtained from reading your meter or otherwise in accordance with the energy laws); and
(c) the amount if fees and charges for any other services provided under this Contract during the billing cycle; and
(d) the charges payable for services provided by your distributor, including connection charges if you’ve asked for a new connection or connection alteration if you have not made alternative arrangements with your distributor.
Calculating the bill. Bills we send to you (‘your bills’) will be calculated on:
(a) the amount of energy consumed at your premises during the billing cycle (using information obtained from reading your meter or otherwise in accordance with the Rules); and
Calculating the bill. 18.1 The amounts you owe under this contract at the end of each billing cycle will be calculated based on the application of the prices set out in our price list to:
(a) information obtained from reading your meter or from using an approved estimating system; and
(b) the amount for any other services supplied under this contract during the billing cycle.
Calculating the bill. Unless otherwise agreed, the bill we send to you will be calculated on:
13.2.1 Electricity charges including:
13.2.1.1 The amount of electricity used or estimated to be used at your premises during the billing cycle (using information obtained from your meter or otherwise in accordance with the Rules);
13.2.1.2 The amount of fees and charges for any other services related to electricity supply provided under this Contract during the billing cycle;
13.2.1.3 The charges payable for services provided by your distributor, including connection charges if you have asked for a new connection or connection alteration if you have not made alternative arrangements with your distributor;
13.2.1.4 Rebates or concessions you may be eligible from government entities for which you have been verified as eligible for by Pooled Energy; and
13.2.1.5 Feed-in tariffs for PV solar panel generation (where applicable).
13.2.2 A fixed monthly fee for the Pool Services including:
13.2.2.1 Automation, Monitoring, Energy Management, Help Desk and remote management and control of Your Pool Equipment and other agreed Household Equipment as configured with the IPC; and
Calculating the bill. Unless otherwise agreed, the bill we send to you will be calculated on:
a) Electricity charges including:
i) The amount of electricity used or estimated to be used at your premises during the billing cycle (using information obtained from your meter or otherwise in accordance with the Rules);
ii) The amount of fees and charges for any other services related to electricity supply provided under this Contract during the billing cycle;
iii) The charges payable for services provided by your Distributor, including connection charges if you have asked for a new connection or connection alteration if you have not made alternative arrangements with your Distributor;
iv) Rebates or concessions you may be eligible from government entities for which you have been verified as eligible for by Pooled Energy; and
v) Feed-in tariffs for PV solar panel generation (where applicable).
b) Pool Services charges including:
i) A regular monthly fee for Automation, Monitoring, Energy Management, Help Desk, Remote Management and Control of Your Pool Equipment as configured with the IPC, and a Pool App for control and monitoring of the pool;
ii) Occasional fees based on the actual usage and supply for any proprietary chemicals for your pool;
iii) Any other agreed charges from time-to-time for equipment supplied, installation or other services, other pool chemicals.
c) A fee for any proprietary chemicals for your pool based on actual usage and supply.
d) Any other agreed charges for equipment, other pool chemicals and salt you may order from us, and services.
Calculating the bill. 36.1. The amounts you owe under this contract will be calculated based on:
(a) the application of the prices set out in our fees and charges schedule, and
(b) information from reading your meter or from using an approved estimating system, and
(c) the amount for any other services supplied under this contract.
