Common use of Calculation of Donated Leave Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Donated Leave. All donated leave hours shall be converted to a dollar value base on the donor’s straight time hourly rate at the time of the donation. The dollar value will then be divided by the receiving employee’s straight time hourly rate to determine the actual number of hours received and placed in the receiving employee’s donated leave bank.
