Common use of Calculation of Salary Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Salary. For the purpose of computing monthly salary the hourly rate shall be multiplied by one hundred seventy-four (174) hours for personnel on an eight (8) hour day; the hourly rate shall be multiplied by one-hundred-fifty-two (152) hours for personnel on a seven (7) hour day (this being the average number of full-time hours worked per month).
