Calculation of Time Periods; Business Days. Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described in this Master LDA, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period so computed is to be included at, unless such last day is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday for national banks in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday (a “Business Day”). The last day of any period of time described herein shall be deemed to end at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Calculation of Time Periods; Business Days. Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described in this Agreement, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period so computed is to be included, unless such last day is not a business day, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is a business day. The final day of any such period shall be deemed to end at 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. As used in this Agreement, the term “business day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which banks are authorized or required by law to be closed in the States of California or New York. Time is of the essence of each and every provision of this Agreement.
Calculation of Time Periods; Business Days. Whenever a time period is set forth in days (whether business or calendar) in this Agreement, the first day from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the states of New York, Nevada or California (in each instance, a “Legal Holiday”), in which event, the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or Legal Holiday. References in the Loan Documents to any agreement or contract “as amended” shall mean and be a reference to such agreement or contract as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Periods of Time Whenever in this Agreement there is a period of time specified for the giving of notices or the taking of action, the period shall be calculated excluding the day on which the giver sends notice and excluding the day on which action to be taken is actually taken.

  • Time Period The bounded Party’s(ies’) duty to hold the Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until such information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or written notice is given releasing such Party from this Agreement.
