Computation of time means the time within which an act is to be done. It shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day; and if the last day is Sunday or a legal holiday, that day shall be excluded;

Computation of time. The word "day" means "calendar day" herein, and the computation of time shall include all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for purposes of determining time periods specified herein.
Computation of time. (pursuant to section 1-1-106 C.R.S.) means calendar days shall be used in all computations of time made under the provisions of this IGA.
