CALENDARS. 25.1 When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA/SELPA a school calendar with the total number of billable days not to exceed one hundred and eighty (180) days, plus extended school year billable days equivalent to the number of days determined by the LEA’s extended school year calendar.
